I've made a couple of improvements the comment system.
The comment box at the bottom of the page is now gone and replaced with a new button just below the music details.

Argghhhh.. I was in the middle of reviewing a mix, spent 15mins writing up some useful, but witty comments and the bugga deleted his mix on me..!

I've made some updates to the voting procedure as is a bit too easy to vote on something without listening to it first and just collect the coin. Noobs often do this in a rush to get their music up.
