Undiscovered

Hey man,

As I said, this is quite a funky mix, with a good flow throughout. I like the choice of first track (nice mellow, building intro), and how you ended with a nice break-beat track (I'm a fan of ending sets in that particular way). I can imagine a place full of punters boppin' away to this quite easily. Tell me, do you play out anywhere?

The only critique I would have is that the beats were slightly off between a few of the tracks. Probably not enough to be discernible on a set of larger speakers, but on me wee 'phones, I picked it up. Still, it was very minimal, and only occurred a few times. Having said that, I don't think it takes anything away from the mix. I'm probably just being a picky b@stard.... (and I know what it's like to get 1/2 way into a good mix, only to mistime a beat or two, and have to start all over again). But alas, it is these things that let us know that the tracks are being manually mixed together, and not just loaded into a laptop, set up perfectly, and then played back (ooooohh.... I can see a few feathers getting ruffled with that one.... I don't mean to, of course, but that's another forum topic altogether!).

Anyway, like I say, nice and funky, good flow, and I look forward to hearing some more of your stuff.
