Can't upload a file

Hi all,

I'm trying to upload a file and I can't do it. I drag the file into the bit where it says to and click upload. It says uploading file but seems to upload a lot quicker than I think it should given my connection speed. I then fill in the other details and hit submit...it goes to the "dont hit back on your browser" screen for about 10 seconds and then back to the prev ious screen where it tells me that i haven't attached a file. I've tried updating Java, tried 2 different mixes, and 2 browsers. Anybody got any ideas??
