Confirmation of Request To Add page

Just noticed that the confirmation page that's displayed after you request to add another dj as a buddy has the heading:
"Page Not Found"
Thought you might want to look into this, if you're not already aware of it..?

Hey Luke... did you make a request to be someone's buddy? Was it from a profile page, forum, or a music page?

Ryan, yes I requested to be DJ Ozza's buddy from his profile page.
It accepted my request and came back with a confirmation, but the orange header said Page Not Found (hope you know what I mean here... i.e. it wasn't an 'Internet Explorer cannot display this page' type error).
