questions re the site/coin etc

Ok so.....
*What does the stuff mean under our names when we post like "uttered" and "noted" and "announced" etc?
* Has the coin deal gone up again? its costing me 30 to upload, is that right?
But all in all i love the site and its great hearing everyones stuff on here and having the opportunity to up my own.
