This mix is excellent. I certainly hope you win the warm up slot for Deadmau5 in the capital. Having been in a few competitions myself over there (a few years back now, mind), I know how tough it can be. In my mind, your certainly good enough, and your sound would definitely have the Edinburgh punters well warmed up before the mouse-man came on.

Thanks for such positive feedback, the Venue is Ego but, not heard any response from the comp officals so I don't think I'm the lucky winner.

That's no good...

Hey man,

Sorry to hear about the lack of response, but keep your chin up. I once got a demo together to enter a comp for a warm up slot at Taste (sadly, ending this Sunday..... Sad ), and when I went to hand it in at the City Cafe, they said they hadn't even heard of the comp! Even when I pointed to the poster on the wall (which said to hand in demos there, they still just shrugged and said "dunno"..... That's just the way it goes sometimes. It's all who you know.

Ah... Ego. That takes me back a bit. Used to go to JOY there frequently. Great venue. Played a couple of times in the basement as well.

Anyway........ look forward to your next mix.
