Hey Mfusion, I've had this

Hey Mfusion,

I've had this one for a while and have to say that it is a very tidy mix indeed, sir! Your skills are quite evident..... or not so evident, in a way.... as each transistion was silky smooth. Great flow as well - each track's style melded nicely into the next.

Personally, I really got into it from about the 30 minute mark onwards - more my type of sound compared to the first half, and the gradual build up from there until the end was both smooth and subtle. Sort of brought me up without really noticing. Nice.

Looking forward to your next!

Hey McB, thanks for taking

Hey McB, thanks for taking the time for that feedback. Glad you like the mix Smiling This time around I went for something a little different. I guess that the idea behind this mix is that it was not so much a mix that builds to a high as such, but more of a gradual flow of the music.

Starting to put my next together, so hopefully this one won't take as long to get uploaded!

Thanks again for the feedback, Harry.

Farkin awesome mix

Farkin awesome mix mfusion!
Heard this a while back and was impressed (as per your previous mixes), but I put it on again recently and heard just how well you constructed this mix - IMO good house music sets incorporate many different styles which when the dj is on their game are subtly deployed all throughout in a seamless transition (using accurate chord / rhythm / tempo progression), but with deliberate intent to both create and progress the vibe of the party and the moods of the listener!
I must congratulate you on 'nailing' it again

The opener gave me a glimpse into the quality of the journey you had planned ahead, and with the next 3 tracks i felt you were able to uplift my attention and then after that drop me down into a world of darkness, hypnotising with no real light until i realised i was at the end of your journey

Farkin awesome feedback Smiling

Thank you for your comments. Really appreciate you taking the time write them.

I'd been wanting to record this mix for a while, and when I finally recorded it, I got a little carried away and it went on for about 85/90 minutes so I re-recorded it with a different tune to finish.

I know a lot of people say 'just record on the fly', but if I'm going to put something out there, I like to plan my mix. The tunes, where and how I'm going to mix it, the effects and loops etc, and what I want from this mix. I try to be a bit of a perfectionist so it can take a while to get the mix to where I want it to be.

At some point over the next decade I'll put something else together (as we now know, it's takes me a while to upload anything!)

Thanks once again for your comments and support, it's always nice to hear the appreciation and opinions from somebody else with a keen ear.
