Are the drums recorded live or programed? They are incredible!
This is right up my alley, cool twists and turns, and good sample's give it a great prog feel.
Nice work.

Thanks for your kind words, the drums are totally programmed. I spend ages doing them as I am a drummer myself, so every hit is programmed in, rarely do i use loops for the programmed drums. Pain in the ass sometimes .. too
As for the samples for the drums, they are an Drums Refill Pack for Reason which clocks in somewhere at around 3 gig...
Thank you for your kind words

I don't find the electronic in here, I know, the synths and that but I refer to the style.
I´m not a fan of the metal, or this kind of metal but the track is good, it have a good sound (in my hp laptop).
I like the sound of the guitars... are synths? or recordered guitars, and how you record the guitar, gear, etc...
I think you can give to the synth parts a more natural sound and to the arpeggios a more virtual sound... try to combine that. I don't like so much the choruses the AAAH and OOOH s, very toy synth, maybe add other layers to it and a little delay plus a reverb.
I can´t talk about the sound very much because I'm not listening in my monitors but feels good, good guitars... good guitarrist or synth?....

My friend its all electronic, none of the instruments are real, even the guitar is synthezied. As the mix goes, I don't monitors and honestly I am not that good at mixing. I am more of a composer and arranger, once all the tracks are done I am taking it down to a proper studio and getting a 3rd-party to mix the album.

I modified Hell Spawn combinator patch in Reason 3.0, removed chorus, the scream distortion and rewired it into Nuendo and then put it through Native Instruments Guitar Rig 2 and made my own amp patches for it.

I wish i had every thing on vinyl.......
I normally like to play an Electro / Techno set with some of my musical
influences mixed in ( as i have mentioned in my bio ) .
I love the sound of distorted guitars played through big amps and i try
to include this in my sets , I have no musical talent so mixing is my medium.
Played your single to my mate , He to could not believe its all electronic.
Dig your style.....cie
