you can't compete directly with the original because he has more experiance with more gears and more softwares and more $$. so instead of making the same exact thing, try to make your own music so you don't have to compete with anyone else.
That's why I think the part that you wrote yourself is better than the rest.

Hey Mate. I'm sure this will sound quite sweet once mastered. There are parts that get quite repetitive, the bit leading up to the break seems to be the same as the bit after, needs something to give it a little more lift I think. The break in the middle is quite special is that all your programming or a good bit of sampling?
Heres 4 stars to lift you back up from 2 Eye-wink

it is repetitive , it is really dry in the last part. I have tried to add some strong cymbal, rides, but i couldnt make it . I am not that good i guess. (yet) . I am still learning to how to use the ableton, same like as everyone. i have just created the break part with 3 pianos, no sampling. any new project of yours coming up ? thanks for the comment.

i liked then track overall but was really let down when the melody didnt feature in the last part of the song....the melodic part was fuckin aces tho...thats why u get 4 Smiling
