Here is another track that I made that I am happy with. I played with a mastering suite a little after I finished the track and think I might need to tweak the EQ a little more so let me know what everyone thinks.

Let me start off by saying

Let me start off by saying its a really good piece production-wise. Its a good indication of what skills and potential you can harness.
...insert "but" here...
Overall, I found it too repetitive, and the EQing was a little off (the high shelf needs to be brought down, or add some more subbiness to it to compensate).
The track has some serious potential, thats for sure, but it needs to be spiced up a bit, perhaps with some more effects, and something else to run along side the main pads in increments of 32, or 64 -- maybe even a couple more pads, and some more subtle drums (Im thinking a nice bongo/conga riff would add nicely to it, as long as the bongos are low in volume).
I've also found that messing with time changes (just one eg. using a 3/4 arpeggiated synth in a track thats 6/8 time), and really overall, phuqing with peoples ear holes, really goes along way to keep the listener interested in the piece all the way through. Its all about keeping it interesting (which granted, some of my tracks lack in a big way, but Im constantly trying to take my own advice. lol)
Thats something I've been practicing for years, and I still dont think I've got it down pat (well, at least to where I want it to be), but as you know, producers are their own worst enemies.

Ur samples are primo, and you have a great grasp on what samples sound good with what (which is something not a lot of prod. really "get"), and ur timing, and ear for a good mix is strong.
Please don't take my criticism to heart m8, Im not trying to get ya down or anything, just trying to be as constructive as possible, so you can get a real rounded opinion of your work. Gawd knows, I thrive off any criticism I get, and work off of it. lol
