I don't call it techno, cause techno it aint. Hard House, Euro Trance but not and never will be techno. Personally couldn't stand it but thats a personal leaning. The structure and phrasing was decent and the overall mix down sounded ok, thus the second star. Could really loose the "D.J. Taz" shameless self promotion ego strokes too.

Seems alot better than the last one I listened too, darker and far less cheesy. For the vocal to be part of the production is not right in my books in a live situation it would be perfectly cool. Overall I did find it a little hard on the ears at points. I take it you found some new samples?

actually didn't mind it,

actually didn't mind it, some good production in there. NRG type synths annoy me a bit tho cause they're too happy a lot of the time. way too happy.

Ignoring the "DJ taz" vocal

Ignoring the "DJ taz" vocal it's actually a reasonable attempt at hardstyle. Keep at it.
